In our 20+ years’ experience we have honed our process and established a set ‘HBR’ standard to provide the same level of high quality and superior service across all our jobs.

People

Family Owned and Operated – we take great pride in our people. Carefully considered with a desire to deliver at a high standard, we work closely with all our people to ensure continuity of service and quality is maintained across every job. Specifically trained estimators and admin staff are on-hand to deliver quotes, promptly and accurately, while being available to answer any questions about your job and our process. We utilise a select group of tried-and-trusted sub-contractors as well as our own qualified roof plumbers and apprentices to deliver all aspects of your job seamlessly from start to end.

Our senior staff and management are long-standing representatives of HBR who have over 20+ years’ experience in the industry. They are the backbone to our proven record of superior quality and delivery.

Safety/OHS

HBR Group Workplace Health and Safety Policy is centred on the belief that the well-being of the people employed at work and people affected by our work, is a major priority and must be considered in all aspects of the business.

People are our most important asset. Health and safety in our workplace is a collective responsibility with every person being of equal priority, including members of the public.

HBR Group, through its senior management commits itself to comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements placed upon it and is a condition of employment that all persons employed by HBR Group will also comply with the law as required.

The objective of this Workplace Health & Safety Policy is to ensure that the business, at all levels commits, so far as reasonably practicable, to:

• Continually strive for a safer workplace;
• Maintain a workplace that is safe for all employees to conduct their work;
• Consider health and safety in management planning all work activities;
• Involve our employees in the decision-making processes through regular and active communication, consultation and training;
• Encourage employees to undertake and maintain a continuous program of education and discussion to identify and control hazards in the workplace as part of an ongoing risk management program;
• Put systems in place to identify, eliminate and/or control potential hazards and risks on our worksites;
• Provide effective injury management and rehabilitation for all employees who are injured during the course of their duties on our worksites.

The success of our Health and Safety policy depends on:

• Planning of work activities with due consideration given to implementing WHS controls that are suitable to each given situation.
• Understanding the total work process and the associated WHS risks with the task.
• Encouraging management, employees and subcontractors to be committed jointly to achieving our health and safety objectives.
• Fostering and actively encouraging open and honest communication between our employees and subcontractors who are engaged in carrying out our business.
• This policy forms part of and shall be read in conjunction with the broader HBR Group Workplace Health & Safety Management Plan.
